Who We Are
Wrayven is an AI video and imagery production studio based in Washington state. Wrayven is the business name of McKinnon Mitchell, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the "controller," in the language of some privacy laws).

This policy covers personal information collected through wrayven.com, through our outreach to agencies, and through client and partner projects. Wrayven's services are for businesses, so most of the information we handle is business contact information.

We don't ask for sensitive information such as health data, government ID numbers, or biometric data, and we ask that you don't send it. Because Wrayven doesn't create likenesses of real people, we also don't need photos of identifiable people as references. Product, environment, and style references are all we need.
This Website and Cookies
Like any website, wrayven.com relies on a few outside services to load, and they receive basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) when you visit:
- Zoho Sites hosts the website and our contact form. It may set cookies needed for the site to work and record basic visit statistics.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts the site uses.
- Cloudflare serves our videos and images.
We don't use advertising pixels, session recording, or behavioral advertising, and we don't build profiles of website visitors. If that changes, we'll update this policy before the new tool goes live.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site may not work fully if you block cookies it needs.

Outreach
Wrayven sometimes contacts people at agencies and brands whose public role makes our services relevant to them. Every outreach email tells you who we are and how to opt out. Reply "unsubscribe" or "no thanks," and we'll stop. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list so it stays that way.
We don't sell personal information, use it for automated decisions about you, or use it to train AI models.
AI Production Tools
All Wrayven work is produced with AI tools. We currently use models available through Higgsfield and Adobe Firefly for generation, and Claude (made by Anthropic) for prompt development. The current list is on our AI Ethics page.
- What goes into these tools: briefs, creative direction, product images, brand assets, and reference images needed to produce your project.
- What doesn't: your contact details, payment records, or agreements.
- Your acknowledgment: every client acknowledges these tools in writing before any project materials are submitted to them.
Each tool provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't control, and can't fully verify, how every provider stores or uses inputs at the model level, and we won't claim more than we know. If your project has specific data-handling requirements, tell us when you request a quote.
Agency and End Client Information
When an agency hires Wrayven, it may share materials that belong to its own clients. We handle those materials on the agency's behalf, use them only for that agency's projects, and keep them confidential under our Terms of Service. We never contact an agency's clients.
The agency is responsible for having the right to share those materials with us. Requests from an agency's clients about their information should go to the agency first. We'll help the agency respond.
Who We Share It With
We never sell personal information or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that run our business: Zoho (email, documents, file storage, forms, and invoicing) and the website services in Section 03.
- AI production tools, limited to project materials, as described in Section 05.
- Contractors who help with a specific project, only what they need, and only under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal process. We comply with valid legal process, such as a court order, subpoena, or lawful regulator request. When the law allows, we'll tell you before we respond, and we disclose only what's required.
- Protecting rights, such as preventing fraud or enforcing our Terms of Service.
- Business changes. If Wrayven forms a new business entity, merges, or is sold, information may move to the new or acquiring business under this policy. We'll give notice before any materially different policy applies.
Storage and Security
Our email, files, and invoices are stored in Zoho, on servers in the United States. Access is limited to the people working on the relevant project.
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted storage, access controls, and two-factor sign-in, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law.
How Long We Keep It

After that, we delete or anonymize the information. We may keep it longer if it's relevant to a pending or reasonably expected legal claim.
Your Rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and how we've used and shared it, and give you a copy.
- Correct information that's wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your information, except what we must keep for legal, tax, or contract reasons.
- Stop outreach or other use based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw any permission you've given, such as portfolio use.
Email pitch@wrayven.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We'll confirm receipt within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Using these rights will never affect how we treat you.
Outside the United States
Wrayven is based in the United States, and information you send us is processed and stored here, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
United Kingdom and European Union
If UK or EU data protection law applies to your information, you also have the right to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We respond within one month. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
Canada
If you're in Canada, you can access and correct your information and withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. We send commercial email only where Canadian anti-spam law allows it, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
Children
Wrayven serves businesses and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and Contact
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and notify active clients and partners by email before the changes take effect.
