Every project includes two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. If something isn't right we fix it. Additional revision rounds are available at a flat rate per round. There are no hourly billing debates or change order surprises. The project is done when you're satisfied with the deliverable.
You do. Upon final payment all deliverables are licensed for full commercial use. Wrayven retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of briefing. Yes. Same-day turnaround is available at a 50% rush premium on the project total. Rush projects must be confirmed before noon local time to guarantee same-day delivery. Standard delivery remains 1 to 2 business days from the moment the brief is approved.
Video deliverables are provided as MP4 in your specified resolution and aspect ratio. We can deliver in any platform-specific format required — 16:9 for YouTube and CTV, 9:16 for TikTok and Reels, 1:1 for square placements. Static imagery is delivered as high-resolution PNG or JPG. Additional format exports can be included in the brief at no extra cost.
